What we do
Through our past events, mentorship program, and online community, we’ve empowered womxn and non-binary folx to bring their whole selves to work — building confidence, balancing the ratio in the UX industry, and affecting change on a greater scale. Read our story
Closing the gap
Hexagon goes beyond the traditional UX event and integrates interpersonal and soft skills training. We take pride in creating a safe, inclusive space to learn, exchange ideas, empower and inspire each other.
Examples of topics we’ve covered include negotiation tips, mental health, self-care, balancing motherhood and leveling up.
what our community Has said
“By the end of the mentorship and school program, I was celebrating the two job offers I had received with my mentor. She gave me an outside perspective and an extra push that was needed and made me feel secure amidst the chaos of career transitioning.”
Taylor Collins, Seattle
Hexagon is looking for new leadership.
If you’re interested in continuing and leading the mission to empower the UX community for womxn & non-binary, please email hexagonux@gmail.com with the subject “Leadership Interest" and we’ll schedule a call as soon as we can.
